Update: I bought it on February 24th, today, November 13th, the plastic plates came loose from the base. It started out slow, I noticed around the edges where the side protective adhesive on the back panel was beginning to fray. One side slowly leads to the other, so today it's basically just a few drops of factory glue. Yes, they're cheap enough to buy back and it's safe to say they did their job in 9 months, but it would still be nice to last at least a full year.
