I thought the first one was an accident. then the second doesn't work. After some troubleshooting I found the problem. in each of them there is a visible gap between the battery and the battery contacts (an example in the photo). Even if one of them somehow works, the slightest movement will break the connection and the walkie-talkie will turn off immediately. Instead of playing with my daughter's new toys this weekend, I'm wasting my time returning Revain for something that didn't work. It works right out of the box. The "QC Passed #7" stickers in the battery compartment were a nice touch!
