I'm 5ft 6in, 120lbs and have a small. I usually heal but read the reviews and buy a size down. It fits perfectly. I've been looking for a pair of swim trunks that I feel comfortable in for years. It hides the scars that go a little above the navel and it covers my whole bottom. I don't like wearing one-piece suits, but I really like 2 pieces that are a bit more subtle. It's perfect. The color is slightly different, but this is usually expected when ordering online.
