Review on Thirstystone N714 KA Spoon Holder Copper by Tommy Willis

Received this Monday and today Wednesday and found that it has discolored after being used as leftover in the preparation of pickles. It looked very nice when I received it and I was very happy. I wouldn't bother, but my own stupidity, if not for the lack of a detailed description, that this copper is not lacquered, like almost all other copper kitchen utensils. I have no grudges for this material, just the lack of detail that should have warned buyers not to even use it on anything acidic as it will discolour. I'll try to polish but I'm concerned that due to the copper plated stainless steel it won't take long to polish the copper right away. TL; DR: unpainted copper, will discolour with use. Really just for decoration.
