Well, the support for the platform was always reliable with quick delivery of code. They have a dedicated support team for the platform who are extremely helpful even with basic queries. I personally liked that this platform has multiple languages so they can write customised content for users of any language, unlike if it were a single language (english or otherwise). This also makes it easier to communicate effectively across geographies when writing product pages. It's good to not be tied down by one language. But i'd like it if they offered the choice of many other languages like Italian and so forth so we didn't end up having to translate from English to Italian and so on. Support for html panda really helped me with creating product brochure and am pleased at how well they understood my instructions once feedback was received. I like that you can customize your own page layout with different themes available for free! You also have many features built into it which makes customizing pages very easy (such as adding social media links). The only thing i don't really care about are some minor glitches here or there but nothing major at all - just little things no one will notice unless they know what's going wrong. So far so good we've been using htmlpanda since 2015 for several projects and never had any issues till now.
