Finally a hat that fits and doesn't make my head itch. This is a wonderful, soft material made hat. No Velcro or clamps for sizing. The scarf comes with it which helps size the hat. I bought additional scarfs to change up the colors. You can do a regular bow, or let the scarf hang down. It doesn't make my head hot either. I did add an additional strap to it to hold the scarf in place better. There is one strap that the scarf goes through I felt having a strap on both sides made sense and holds the scarf in place.
