Physically good for me!
In most rooms the average height is 5'4" and I'm 5". It will come in handy in restaurants, in class (at my universities), and in our church Bible studies (they have a classroom). This prevents my legs from circulating which makes my legs numb which in turn slows me down considerably unless I get up and walk quickly and don't sit for long periods either.
