I always cook soups, stews and sauces in advance. I've always used leftover containers of mostly my favorite Chinese snack. Two years ago we moved to the country and my supply line to the containers was cut off. I've looked for these containers in several places. For some reason overlooked Amazon and then tried it out of desperation. I was concerned about the quality of the container I was going to get, I wanted something like the thickness of a 1990's water bottle, flimsy, can't take heat. After a lot of reading I settled on these handy containers and I'm happy to say that they did the job. These containers have not been weakened by the heat and are still kept in the freezer. Even after the dishwasher, they remain dimensionally stable and I have used them again and again. I would highly recommend these containers for their versatility and durability.
