A wonderful product, its nice to use.

If your bottle is leaking, try looking at the cork valve from below; I found that a tea leaf (or other type of grass) can get stuck on the rubber band and cause it to loosen. I use a filter bag whenever I make herbal tea.

Pros

The plug-valve is fantastic since it is small, lightweight, and maintains temperature for an extended period of time.

Cons

In cold weather, the mug's heat is barely visible, but in warm weather, it can be extremely uncomfortable, especially for women's hands.

Has pros: Really holds the temperature for about a day. Easy to pour. Easy to wash. Some cons: Only one cup, but in principle the volume is such that a thermos is more likely for one person.
