Ordered and worn by my wife: This is the first time I've worn these shirts while swimming. This worked fine for me; and it was good in the pacific as i felt a bit warmer. The neck piece bothered me a bit (but I don't see how to bypass that for sun protection and the zip feature was great for comfort and looks). I'm 6ft tall and about 165lbs and the large fits me (I usually wear a medium size so I think it runs small). This shirt fit well for a tall person, the sleeves were long enough (reached almost to my wrists and went below my hips like a very short dress but rode up). This shirt was the same as the Micosuza - I ordered and used both - no difference.
