They fit perfectly and my nephew's school pants ordered from Old Navy arrived at the same time so I could compare. They are way better than the old navy khakis. The material is stretchy but also has an adjustable waist which is perfect for allowing room to grow in all areas. I received a discount on this product for my honest opinion. And yes I know I have to hem them for my daughter but I'm fine!
