Not only did this save my 7 year old son from his device, it helped him with other extracurricular activities. His karate coach noticed a difference in his balance and strength during his classes. I didn't believe him until I tried it myself. It involves a lot more than just jumping and running on the ball. It really develops strength, hand-eye coordination and balance. He won't get bored of this board easily as it requires talent. Now he's in the phase where he's learning tricks himself. If my son gets nervous during the homeschooling we are currently having to do, I suggest he take a break and rebuild his blood and brain. Comes with a pump and everything you need to get started right away. Great board for many purposes!
