Fast shipping, they arrived a day earlier. Shoes look much more expensive than their price, nicer than the picture. My daughter is very picky about the feel of her shoes and if she rubs even a little she won't wear them. However, she wore these shoes perfectly. They are very soft, even in the heel area. The material actually looks like leather and I'm pretty picky when it comes to faux leather shoes. I would say these shoes are true to size. My daughter wears a size 13 to 13 1/2 but after reading reviews saying these shoes run small and they didn't offer half sizes I decided on size 1. When she tried them on they were half the size is tall and slipped off her leg in pantyhose. I just put the fabric on my toes and after a little adjustment she was happy. This is unusual for my picky, "strange" child. She wore them to church this morning with no complaints. She's only worn it once, so I can't comment on durability, but so far so good. And she's usually rough with shoes.
