Great for home, terrible for travel.

Bought for my 5 year old and it's fine at home but as soon as you take it out and plug it into a hotspot it turns into burning junk. All this gets blocked, applications crash and it is practically useless. My 5 year old loves playing PokemonGo and chasing Pokemon but unfortunately when we go out he has to use my phone instead. I've tried several times on different hotspots with no success.
