I have not used this product yet. But I am really unsatisfied with how the package arrived. It is written with arrow down to open so I open the spray part to take it off but I can't put it back on. I've used various ways to fix this and nothing works unless I have to break the whole thing. Now I decided to pour the whole solution into another bottle and studied the Korean side how to open it. And it seems that I have to rotate the middle part, which I thought was pushed to the side, to open it. If you need to turn the page, drag the side of the arrow, not up.
