I like that it is user friendly with lots of good resources available online (help guides and tips). It's easy for our staff at my work as well have access too when out in public or meeting clients away from base! Also love how much space there can be set aside which makes sharing folders easily accessible - no need anymore using thumb drives between all computers/laptops we use throughout campus daily etc. Can't think off any downsides but maybe if you are more tech savvy than those who used before this would make your life easier?
