These are great cocktail placemats and we received many compliments when we first used them. My only complaint was that Solino sews a large white label into the hem of each napkin. Because we bought the black doilies, that white tag was unsightly and it took me almost 2 hours to carefully remove each tag from the 60 I bought (cutting as close to the seam as possible, then pulling out the remaining threads ). one way). Unfortunately, the stub of the label is sewn into the hem and can be seen between the looser fabric of the canvas. I really wish these labels weren't there, or they were black with white lettering so they were less obtrusive. In addition, the cloths are easy to wash out. I ironed some of these with a damp iron (and they looked great), and laid some out on the countertop to dry (and they looked great too). So the tags are the only problem and now that I've spent quite a bit of time removing them, I assume I'll be able to use these wipes for a long time.
