The screen directs the airflow to my helmet well. However, the attachment system blocks a significant portion of your view of the road when you look down. The mounting system has enough weight to significantly shake the existing windshield in less than ideal road conditions. It may just be an issue with the thickness of the windshield on my V Strom, but I believe it has more to do with the weight of the windshield being fully centered in the bike's windshield. Also, the included metal spacers tend to just twist when tightened. This could have been avoided with simple alignment dimples/holes where the allen screws meet the gasket. I'll probably use it on the highway, but for extreme driving I'll remove it. Considering the price, I can't complain too much.
