The keycaps are labeled and there is an installation diagram in the listing to help you install. Installation was easy, the keycaps fit well and I ended up buying 4 extras. Mainly backlit (RGB keyboard) but still backlit enough to see the keyboard in the dark, although the letters aren't visible. Still, faces can be seen. In general, they're pretty good and pretty cheap. The photos look like they were taken well and 98% of them are almost perfectly focused on the face. If you are a culture person you will love this.
