We ordered a medium size for our 16lb Basenji Chihuahua mix and the chest was exactly the size stated in the description. The arms are a bit long, but that's more because his arms are a bit short due to his build. It would also be great for our larger 20 lb pup. The white shirt itself has two Velcro straps, and the blue jacket has two more. The tie fits well and the cuffs look very cute. The material is a bit stretchy and he almost seems to love it like a blanket or cozy underwear. It's been in there for a few hours now and doesn't seem to be trying to remove it. Definitely recommend this outfit for an adorable little business friend on Halloween or just any other day so you have an excuse to bring your pup to the office when he's dressed appropriately.
