Unfortunately it was too late to return

. It took me about a month to assemble my device. After everything was plugged in, it never turned on. I checked all the connections and everything was fine (I never checked the main power because "what could be wrong with it?"). I checked all the power connections with a multimeter and then found that the 12V side has no ground. I checked the plug and found that it "inherently" does not have a 12V ground connection. are you crazy?!
