Like other products, the finish and build quality of this device seems very high. The smooth surface of the upper definitely picks up fingerprints, but they wipe off easily. While weight is not a 100% accurate measure of quality, I have found that higher quality electronics tend to be heavier than cheaper ones. This hub definitely feels a little heavier than I expected given the price and specs. Having used their dual HDMI output USB-C hub, which I have found indispensable for working from home, I was excited to try this hub. I feel like I always need one more port than I have. Additional USB 3 ports along with a card reader can be incredibly useful. I prefer to connect a full-size keyboard, mouse, and external USB speakers when using my laptop on my desk, but that will use up all connections. Having more is never bad! I no longer have to keep an eye on my tiny micro SD card reader, which is a nice bonus. Charging via the device works. I wouldn't mind having an LED to show it's plugged in, but a charge indicator on a laptop will do. If you need the extra ports that this hub offers, I would 100% recommend trying it out.
