Review on TV tuner Selenga HD980D black by Micha Sarnowski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied, the product is exactly as described.

A device worthy of its price. Took to AKADO DVB-C (Hong Kong) for 50" plasma Pioneer 5090 (very nice picture) I worked immediately from the street for 3-4 days without freezing and without turning off. The temperature of the upper cover is 40-43, the lower one is 37-40. Came with firmware from June 2022, uploaded from September 2022 (just like that). Scans DVB-T2\C quickly. The interface is understandable. The picture at 50 "1080i \ p is pleasant, and in general the feeling of "nimble" is compared with similar boxes 5 years ago (I took it to the dacha to the air). All in film from China (ventilation holes are carefully cut), the warranty seal is glued crookedly obliquely and allows you to open the case without breaking (who, of course, needs it and why). Did not start from an external power supply 9v / 300mA (I did not find anything else) The tuner's feel is good compared to the one built into the Samsung UE40D6500 (according to the INFO scale). Comes out of standby quickly. I threw it behind the TV between the wall, the regular remote takes it "blindly". The console is "crunchy" and "bending" ala from set-top boxes with Ali for similar Korbchenko players on Android. According to the instructions, train the regular SMOG remote control on the TV switch-on button, but only if there is 0.5 cm between the remote controls. HDMI CEC would still be a song. The absence of an external IR sensor and an HDMI cable in the kit, of course, makes the goods cheaper in the truest sense of the word.

Pros
  • Price Interface speed Channel switching speed Learning remote to turn on the TV LAN network interface 1080p support Good picture Ability to connect an external power supply 5 \ 12v 1A
Cons
  • No external IR sensor included Flimsy plastic remote No HDMI cable included
