The stools were easy to put together and appear to be quite sturdy. I like the fact that the legs have a a piece that makes them push easily on the floor. We gave up a swivel chair for these and I thought we would miss that feature. They serve our purpose well. I wanted less visible backs of the chairs by going to a stool. They look very nice. I saw one feedback that they were returned because they weren't white enough. They are advertised as antique white, because of the appearance of wear. I have a white bench in the kitchen and our cabinets are off white. These compared to both of those showed whiter. I did include a picture of the end of the stool pieces, as several of them looked quite rough when we unpacked them, but they still did fit into the slots just fine.
