The overall quality of this item is excellent. This is solid wood from Thailand, not a veneer. So for the price this is great value. As the most important part of a piece of furniture is the quality and finish of the finished piece, I give it a five star rating as there really isn't anything to be expected in terms of value. However, the instructions and the lack of a letter identifier on the parts stickers is a shortcoming that the manufacturer can fix with minimal effort. So, given the feedback from numerous reviews, one might wonder why this simple omission hasn't been corrected yet. It is highly recommended that you purchase masking tape and mark each piece with a reference letter in the graphic instructions. Once this is done carefully, installation will be much easier. Pay special attention to the alignment of the main parts - especially the pre-drilled holes - when aligning the parts for the initial connection. Once assembled, you'll likely be pleasantly surprised at the quality, fit, and finish.
