That kept me comfortable on a very sunny day at the amusement park with a maximum of 78⁰. I'd say it runs about half a size smaller, so if you're between sizes go up. I'm 5ft 7", 130lbs and wear medium sized clothes (as you can see my husband loves sunshirts even more!)
