The best top coat that dries fast!

My local beauty retailer no longer sells this item. I've been using this particular top coat for years and don't use anything else! This special top coat gives the manicure a glossy shine. That lasts until I do the next one, which is two weeks. You have to use it with a UV lamp which I don't have at home, but it still dries your nail polish very quickly!
