This is a protein. not much to rave about. But don't expect a regular serving to contain huge calories, instead you need to mix in about 1 pound of powder to get "huge calories." This is a 6 pound bottle and 8 servings in it. So it's not very high in protein and calories, they're just fooling you on the label. Consuming an insane amount will give you calories (like any smoothie). You really have to shut up to shut it all down. I'm used to thick cocktails but this one took it over the top. 1 pound of powder (almost) in 12 ounces of milk (my blender works great for others). It's like concrete. Maybe mix it with a whole gallon of milk and choke on it? Even at the price I won't buy again. And 5-day shipping on offer? I'm about 2 others expecting this disappointment and I'm glad I did.
