Got the set for our new home after receiving ALL the boxes, started assembly. I was missing the screws for two of the set, so I had to wait. The company was happy to send the missing screws.Because the company was on holidays, I did have to wait a few more days than I wanted.Yes, there were a couple of bumps on the road, but what I cared most is that the company WAS able to fixed any issues I had. They was easy to interact with and even though it took me a bit longer to put everything together, I'm now enjoying a beautiful set. Plus i'm very happy with the price I paid.one thing to know: Because of the material of the frame, the cushions slide a bit. It's not a big deal at all, and I imagine this would be the case with all of these types of sets. Just something to keep in mind.* the frames are VERY light (BUT very sturdy). I like the fact that they are light, since I keep moving them around every time i use the set :)Happy with my purchase.
