Although being manufactured in China, this toy is quite enjoyable to play with, and I am pleased with my purchase. After reading the comments, I decided to take a chance despite my inherent distrust of anything Chinese and was pleasantly surprised to find that I did not lose. As someone who has worked in the field of sound production, I can attest to the fact that the recording quality of all noises, music, and fairy tales is really high on this toy. The fact that there is a vast selection of everything in toys, including songs, fairy tales, and rhymes, is something that I find to be quite appealing. Songs sung in English aren't really my thing, but that's just a choice of mine. The instructions on the inside are written in 2022 and are very easy to understand. The ears are pleasant to the touch, and the child enjoys gnawing on them. The only potential downside is the way colors are described. The correct answers can be found by referring to the corresponding colors on the cards that come with the set. But, it is important to tie it to something else because there is a possibility that the color will be given the wrong name. Even trying to calibrate the colors didn't make a difference in the end. It is highly likely that the color will not be accurate if the surface is not perfectly smooth, dull, and reflective. Yet I'm so pleased with the purchase that I can't even bring myself to think of this as a drawback. I strongly suggest that you do so.
