The first silly thing about this mouse is that it needs software (Razer Synapse) to get it set up and working. Worse, Razer claims to be compatible with Macs, but it's a known issue that they stopped supporting Macs some versions of the operating system ago. So I went through the 30 minute hassle of downloading Synapse, creating a Razer account and troubleshooting because the software didn't identify the mouse, only to later read that the Mac is no longer supported. total fraud. For those of you who already own this mouse and use a Mac, I found a rescue program called Razer macOS that someone created for exactly this problem (it's free, google it). This lets you change DPI and RGB settings, but not hotkeys or anything else. It's just unacceptable for a mouse in this price range that it doesn't support a Mac, let alone that Razer lies about it. Two stars because the mouse hardware is good and the ergonomics are good for big hands. After this return, the search continues.
