This is a review from Convenience Concepts 143042BE Designs4Comfort Storage Ottoman Blue. I received the ottoman today (a day earlier than the seller expected!), opened the packaging and installed it immediately. A few tips: (1) Open the box from the bottom to avoid tearing the top of the ottoman. There is a reminder on the box, it helped a lot. (2) The legs and washers are in a smaller box inside the stool. USE WASHERS! At least one reviewer said he didn't use them because the legs didn't screw in. I found that a slight pressure to compress the washer was all I needed to ensure the threads engaged internally and the legs only had to be screwed in all the way by hand. (I used my right hand even though my right rotator cuff tore!) It was easy - the washers are hard plastic but push in slightly so the legs can be screwed in and the washers protect the fabric. at the bottom of the ottoman. The color is perfect and goes really well with the rug in my living room, lovely fabric and love having two cushions/trays. One of my cats agreed immediately, one didn't care, and a third preferred the box (of course!). My only "downside" is that I wish they were offered in wood grain rather than black, but that's a side issue. . I wouldn't order an ottoman if it really bothered me, so I'm not deducting a star for that. I highly recommend this stool.
