PocketSurvey was easy to use, the people who created the app did an amazing job making the survey very user friendly. It was easy to setup, with plenty of help documentation to follow along with. You can customize the survey itself, and can create surveys with many options available. For example, it has multiple choices of answers (check boxes), short answer responses, and free form text responses. Overall, it is a great tool to capture information on your customers. You can send the survey to anyone, anytime, anywhere! This is such a great feature because most businesses don't get surveyed regularly enough to take advantage of this technology. When I sent my survey to over 300 people, I received over 100 replies in less than 2 weeks. The response rate was so high that I was actually surprised. This is definitely a must have app if you want to stay ahead of the game. This software is extremely user friendly and provides a lot of flexibility for your business. It is an awesome asset database.
