My cat had severe chronic constipation and blood in his stool. The vet put him on a prescribed diet and then he started pooping outside the litter box and was still uncomfortable. I stopped the prescription, started putting him on these pre/probiotics and the Miralax regimen and he feels great! I mix it up with 1/2 pack of Fancy Feast broth so he can eat it along with his dose of Miralax. Update: I give Oscar a quarter teaspoon of Miralax mixed with some water and some Fancy Feast Probiotic Broth. every second day. I use a baby medicine dropper and slowly put it in his mouth and he loves it. For some reason he no longer eats out of a bowl.
