Good Learning Platform For New Software

I liked that it was easy for me to learn how to use this software without having any prior experience with Salesforce or Customer Service Management systems. The course format made learning easier than other courses where you had to read through multiple pages before getting into what we were supposed to be doing at each step. It would have been nice if there could have been more hands on practice time so i can really get my feet wet instead of just watching videos online and reading about things. Also, sometimes when using sales force CRM system, certain functions are not available because they don't yet support them, but some features might work differently between different versions of the product. This will help us stay organized by managing our contacts better since all information regarding customers is now stored within the same platform.
