I was going to give it a week before reviewing it to give it a proper rating but unfortunately it didn't work long enough to get proper ratings. Pros: - It worked when it first arrived - I think it was trying to do its job. Cons: - It stopped working after three days - It started creaking and rattling when turning/moving on the first day. - The back end stopped spinning and kept moving on the third day - It doesn't offer much cushioning, the balls dig too far into your back and neck - The seat vibration just makes you numb - The ball they use to seat the seat vibrate, it doesn't cushion much on or around it. so the seats are limited. The device resets all of its settings every time it is turned off, and it does so about every 15m or so. The buttons on the remote are lazily centered and don't fully illuminate the function name or icon. I have to figure out how to get it back. I never give back, especially during COVID. Extremely disappointed. I expected him to die in at least a few months, not a few days. Not worth nearly $200. maybe 20
