UPDATE 2: Customer service is great. It's been a little over a year so the warranty has expired but they still sent me a new one. For that reason alone I will buy from them again if I need another. Bought half a row of lights didn't work when I got it. It looked good, but the missing half of the string of lights was obvious. I swapped it out for another one, more than one light went out on the new one. Still like it but terrible quality control. Haven't decided yet, I'll try to exchange it again hoping to get one with all the working lights. I paid $20 for it, but judging by the quality, it costs about $6.99. I definitely wouldn't pay full price. UPDATE: Even though it's hanging outside, I always forget to turn it on, so it turned on maybe a dozen times a year. I turned it on last night, now a whole bunch of lights are off so the flag looks pretty silly with a hole in it. It's been a little over a year, but I still requested a warranty replacement. Let's see if they bother to reply. I will not buy them again, I will look for better quality.
