First, please ignore the "CAR COMPATIBILITY" box if it says it doesn't fit your vehicle. I can confirm they will NOT fit my 2019 Honda Crv but a lightbulb is required. fits my car perfectly. Just make sure you know both the H# HB# and 9### your car needs and when you buy them, just choose the right ones and buy with confidence. Now for the rating. perfect. comes with the driver (conversion ballast) already hardwired to the LED replacement housing. Then literally plug and play. Replacing all 4 lamps took 4 minutes. I also have a high power car stereo (3000w) on my stock alternator and when it knocks the light never flickers so the voltage is perfect for them. I recommend getting a high and low beam kit, not just one or the other. The mess in your electrical system when using a combination of halogen and LED will be gross. Just take both and problem solved. They don't make any noise through the electrical system and as I said I use an aftermarket audio system.
