I really, really, really love this!

Many magazines suggest using ice cube trays to freeze small healthy portions of leftover tomato sauce, wine, broth, etc. and then placing them in a ziplock bag so you can grab what you need for the recipe . However, what they fail to mention is that if you have a self-defrosting freezer, if you don't use it for a few months, everything will turn into one big frozen chunk. These wonderful 1 oz. Containers were my solution to the problem and they paid off! The lids are very firm to begin with, so this might not be a good idea for those who cannot grip small items tightly.
