Filter Part Missing
Would have been 5 stars but the sealed new filter set was missing a head assembly to connect the filter to the rack. We called the company that makes the kit and since they are in the next town they will bring it to us. They get a 5-star rating for their prompt customer service. We are currently using a refillable tank until we receive the part. The brewery trades as Keurig. The touchscreen has cues for those not used to the Keurig coffeemaker and some nice visuals while you wait for your cup to be brewed.
