Get ready for DIY! Because the line does absolutely nothing! My daughter is 8 months old and has a fairly normal sized head and when I put the hat on it was very soft and I loved that it came with two hats which is a great giveaway! But I give it 3 stars because of the rope. I had to do it all myself, cutting the elastic in the waistband of an old pair of pants, threading it through the hole in the cap and tying the ends to get it out. Stay on my baby's head!
