So nice and soft at first but after one wash they are not so soft and now they leave lint on me π. I figured maybe I didn't wash it properly so I bought another one, washed and dried EXACTLY according to the instructions and it's still not that soft. So sad I really liked these towels when I first got them. good washing tips to keep them soft. This Cistomer service is above average and much appreciated, that alone is worth 5 stars.
