DOES NOT work with die cutting and embossing

Although the size was what I was looking for, these metal plates didn't cut scrapbook paper (or thin card stock). After a lot of work I managed to cut some of the outer letters, I couldn't cut the letters in the middle. I'm disappointed because the letters on people's badges had to be for seat adjustments.
