I like my low tide to train but not the price. This bra fits and supports like an ebb. I'm 34d and wear a 6 lululemon bra and the mid rise was perfect in it. No side breast. I bought red and where you sweat it gets darker. The bra stays in place. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
