I am very upset and disappointed with this product, my 10 year old son saved money to order it. I had a few dollars in points on my credit card so I ordered them. I knew we might have a problem as soon as I opened the package. just a plastic bag with headphones, cable connectors and minimal instructions. My son loved it so much he tore up the package immediately. We excitedly hooked them up. Nothing. they caught fire. That!. his face crumbled, i felt so bad. So I was sure don't worry buddy we'll find out. we never did that. Our Xbox had the right ports. but nothing! Myself, my teenage son. My husband and another teenage friend tried for hours. Nothing, my eldest son didn't evade this sound for a few seconds. finding the time to repack, print the label and return a product that has frustrated and made life difficult for me. complete nonsense
