case will NOT fit iPhone with otter case. You can PUSH the phone, but then it's extremely difficult to get it out. Without the otter it's cozy but walks in/out. If it fits, it's a great case. Another one I bought has a metal bar on the back. You might think it would be good but there are rivets on the other side and if you try to move the holster it will scratch your belt. ATTENTION with this model! If they fix it to work with the otter body (another 1/2 inch on the side and top/bottom) it would be great. It will take around 4-6 months before the fabric sags with use and weight, but at this point it's very serviceable.
