Received it last night and was very happy to try it! The packaging was really good to start with. Ahh, I took it out of the box to put in my bed, it seemed very easy and simple to me. It's as simple as any mattress topper. There are two separate remotes/cables. Each of them is inserted into the bottom of the mattress cover and. Plug each cord into an outlet. Very simple, easy to use. The remotes have multiple settings and I started with the highest and warmed up quickly! I love how easy it is and how great it will be during the cold winter months! Also ideal for preheating your bed! This way you don't have to crawl on cold sheets.
