Runs small for Novelty & More
I find this skirt very flattering but unfortunately it runs small so I can't fasten it! I'm usually a size 10, have wider hips and wear medium/large pants, so I chose the large size based on my measurements and it still doesn't close. I'm sad because it's cute. I can say it's a bit warm and definitely not high quality but I wish it would fit because for the price it would be nice.
