Review on GRADO Prestige Gold3 Phono Cartridge with Stylus - Standard Mount by Kyle Ross

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Mr Grado, great work. Stupid good!

Grado is not for everyone and not for every installation. I've had several over the years. The sound went out a few weeks ago. I went to the automatic transmission, everything is fine, but something was missing. I will update this when the cart breaks down. It's 10 o'clock right now. Open. Wide open like my first Grado gold. Sharp and detailed in contrast to my first black. The sound is no different from the first generation carts with warmth and unabashed vocals. But there's the high end that was missing. I'm sure it will increase with another 20-30 hours. The highs were disabled for the first 5 hours. Just let him turn on some stupid punk or funkadelica. Transfer from. In detail, I was disturbed by the noise under water or a wet ceiling. no Damn Mr. Grado, thank you for your hard work. Was I tempted to get gold? Yes. I'm so glad I caught my breath and only spent $75 on it. That's a stupid bargain. Buddy Guy stands in my living room for little money. As for the buzz and tricky tuning. I'm running a project and it's completely dead. My first grado was on another project and was a warm annoying buzz. I noticed that this is structured a little differently, I've also gotten better at adapting. Just follow the guidelines and tweak them a bit to fit your specific table. Couldn't be happier. Update: still amazing sound. All the more surprising because I now have better speakers. But I heard that this car took more than 50 hours to develop. I'm confused. Excellent car.
