Product as described would be good however problem after problem with 3 days email response time and if response doesn't work call us back and wait another 3 days. So aside from the cost, I also lost the 10GB of data I paid for and it didn't work for more than 10 minutes. Great if you go camping over the weekend, call tech support and get an answer the following Tuesday. I called this Friday after it had signal strength and light to buy data but it didn't work. When you call tech support, you get an autoresponder that takes your information and emails you something like a reset button. I haven't really thought about it, should I turn it off? Still not working as described, requires reboot every 15 minutes. I also just checked the account and apparently the reboot process also used 1GB of data, but I'm not going to get it working to actually use the rest, so I guess it doesn't matter. It does work as a wireless hub though, but if you use your phone as a folk sport, why use a Furrion router? Very disappointed in what could have been a good product if they had had tech support.
